Chief Executive Officer

A third-generation entrepreneur, Jean combines his industrial heritage with an innovative vision to accelerate the energy transition. At the helm of Miraïa, he leads the development of breakthrough solutions by transforming biomass into biocarbon and bio-oils. With expertise in renewable energies and real estate, he applies his dynamism and pioneering spirit to a more sustainable industry. Convinced that innovation and local roots are the keys to change, he is building local sectors for effective and efficient decarbonization.

Commercial Director

A graduate of KEDGE Business School and the University of Louisville, Julien has developed solid expertise in finance, business development, and market strategy within leading companies. After more than 11 years at Airbus, where he held strategic roles in finance, talent management, and digital services development, he specialized in sustainable aviation at AirBusiness Academy. Building on this experience, he joined Miraïa in 2023, where he leads the commercial and strategic development of low-carbon solutions. Passionate about the ecological transition and industrial innovation, he is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to advance decarbonization through biomass recovery and the development of sustainable biocarbon, biochar, and biofuel solutions.

Chief Technical Officer

An engineering graduate from ECE Paris and Mines Paris - PSL, Quentin has developed strong expertise in energy and environmental management through experience in France and abroad.
After leading hazardous waste treatment projects at SUEZ in China and France, and overseeing industrial operations at Veolia in the Middle East, he joined Miraïa in 2024 as Technical Director.
Driven by a passion for ecological transition, he leverages his expertise in industrial optimization to support the development of sustainable decarbonization solutions, particularly through the production of low-carbon fuels and biochar.

Chief Financial Officer

Since 2010, Thomas has built an international career, working in Southeast Asia in financial management, then in humanitarian aid in West Africa, where he developed skills in finance, human resources, and team management.
After seven years in New Caledonia as a right-hand man to SME executives, he joined Miraïa in Toulouse.
Today, he applies his expertise in optimizing administrative and financial processes to support the company’s growth.

Process Engineer

To complete my Chemical Engineering training at ENSIACET in Toulouse, I really wanted to join a company involved in the decarbonization of industry. I joined Miraïa in September 2024 as a work-study student. Through this new position, I can participate in a unique project aimed at developing the use of biochar and bio-oils as substitutes for fossil resources. These products help reduce the impact of industry on our environment.
